Service Description

Open-level/beginner-friendly Twerk choreography class with Camila, blending reggeaton and dembo moves to start the weekend with full energy. In this class we will build self-confidence and acceptance while improving our fitness in a body positive environment. This community is all about having fun and letting loose in a judgement-free zone. Expect funky choreo, basic twerk moves with some floor-work thrown in! Knee pads are advised
