Chakras Unmystified
Tantra - Tantra - Mantra
Chakras Unmystified is a practical, down-to-earth exploration of the chakra system through traditional tantric tools that are simple, embodied, and usable in everyday life. Rather than approaching chakras as abstract or overly esoteric concepts, this program focuses on how they are experienced in the physical body, nervous system, emotions, and daily patterns.

Kundalini Tantra Workshop
Introductory workshop in the basis of traditional kundalini tantra. What is tantra and the rituals, practices associated with it. This workshop is half theoretical and half practical.
