Join us for a powerful and transformative afternoon where you will learn how to hypnotize yourself, take control of your mind, break negative thought loops, and reprogram limiting beliefs — followed by a deeply relaxing guided hypnosis and immersive sound bath experience. In this workshop, you will learn the Rules of the Mind and discover simple but powerful techniques to stop negative thought patterns, shift emotional states, and rewire your subconscious for positivity, confidence, and freedom. You will be guided through a 30-minute hypnosis session designed to help reframe negative patterns, release emotional or physical blockages, and connect deeply with your intentions. During the hypnosis you will sink into a beautiful sound healing journey led by sound healer Nikki Solyom, allowing your mind and body to understand, rewire, and reset.
