I have been teaching Twerk 7 years now and have been working with the blue Lotus recetly. I have always felt torn between the Spiritual me and the one who teaches Sexy Twerk Dance classes. Only until I relaised the sacredness of the "Woman Tribe" To honour your true Yin and Yang inside your body through your emotions. I found ecstatic dancing were an amazing way of releasing undigested emotions and free my spirit. I also tried Chakra Dancing and through all these events I had a burning desire to show you the TRUE Twerk Power. The Power of the Womb space. These original Tribal moves and stomps are helping to shake off emotions you have hidden inside you purely from fear. In the African tribes this dance was used to heal depression.
