Service Description
Chair Yoga Class A gentle and accessible yoga class designed to bring all the benefits of traditional yoga into a supported, seated practice using a chair. This class focuses on classic yoga poses adapted to be performed while seated or using a chair for support, making it ideal for those who find it difficult to get down to or up from the floor. You’ll move through familiar postures in a safe, controlled way while still building strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect slow, mindful movement combined with breathwork that will: Improve posture and spinal alignment Enhance balance and stability Increase flexibility and joint mobility Support relaxation and reduce stress The use of a chair allows you to go deeper into each pose with greater awareness and control, helping you feel more confident and supported throughout your practice. No experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome. This class is especially suitable for beginners, older adults, or anyone recovering from injury or looking for a low-impact way to enjoy yoga.

Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a future training date if cancellation is made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Due to limited spaces and the preparation involved, cancellations made within 48 hours of the training are non-transferable.
