Service Description
Move, Sweat, Breathe & Feel Good — All From a Chair This 6-week chair-based exercise course is designed with adults 55+ in mind, but everyone is welcome. If you think chair exercise is just gentle stretching and slow movements — think again! This is an energising, feel-good workout that will get your body moving, your heart rate up, and yes… you might even break a sweat 💪 At the same time, every exercise is fully adaptable, making the class suitable for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone managing injuries or mobility challenges. What to expect: 🪑 Chair-based workouts that focus on strength, cardio, coordination, and mobility ❤️ Moderate-intensity movements to safely raise your heart rate 🔄 Multiple options for every exercise so you can work at your own level 🎶 Feel-good 70s & 80s music to keep you motivated and smiling 🧠 15-minute mindfulness finish each session, including breathing exercises and guided meditation to help you relax and reset This class is perfect if you: Want a more challenging chair-based workout Don’t want age, injury, or fitness level to hold you back Enjoy music from the 70s and 80s Want to improve strength, stamina, balance, and confidence Value both physical movement and mental wellbeing No floor work. No pressure. Just supportive coaching, great music, and a welcoming atmosphere. Come as you are, move how you can, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more energised.

Cancellation Policy & Participant Agreement Booking & Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a future training date if cancellation is made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Due to limited spaces and the preparation involved, cancellations made within 48 hours of the training are non-transferable.
