In this deeply restorative soundbath, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal and alchemy singing bowls, and a chalice, all tuned to the soothing frequency of 432 Hz. The gentle resonance works directly with your nervous system, helping to calm stress, quiet the mind, and release tension held in the body. As the layers of sound wash over you, you’re invited to sink into deep relaxation—allowing space for recovery, balance, and inner peace after the busyness of the week.
